Kısaca: Sitemiz şu anda hiçbir HTTP çerezi kurmuyor. Yalnızca tarayıcınızın yerel depolama alanına (localStorage / sessionStorage) birkaç küçük kayıt yazıyoruz. Bunlardan zorunlu olanlar dışındakiler yalnızca izin verirseniz kaydedilir. Fontlar kendi sunucumuzdan yüklenir. Siteyi gezerken Google ya da başka bir üçüncü tarafa veri gönderilmez.

1. Kapsam ve veri sorumlusu

Bu politika, insidedijital.com.tr (“Site”) ziyaretiniz sırasında cihazınızda saklanan çerezler ve benzeri teknolojiler hakkında, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’nun Çerez Uygulamaları Hakkında Rehber’i kapsamında sizi bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Veri sorumlusu İnside Dijital’dir. Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine ilişkin ayrıntılar için KVKK Aydınlatma Metni’ni inceleyebilirsiniz.

2. Çerez ve benzeri teknolojiler nedir?

Çerezler, ziyaret ettiğiniz web sitesi tarafından tarayıcınıza kaydedilen küçük metin dosyalarıdır. localStorage ve sessionStorage ise aynı amaçla kullanılabilen tarayıcı depolama alanlarıdır. sessionStorage tarayıcı sekmesini kapattığınızda silinir; localStorage ise siz silene kadar kalır. Bu politikada hepsini birlikte “çerez” olarak anıyoruz.

Bu kayıtların hiçbiri sizi tanımlamak, profil oluşturmak veya reklam göstermek için kullanılmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.

4. Kategoriler ve hukuki sebep

Zorunlu: Sitenin çalışması ve tercihinizin kaydı için gereklidir. KVKK md. 5/2 (c) ve (f) kapsamında işlenir. Onay gerektirmez ve kapatılamaz.
Tercih: Dil gibi tercihlerinizi hatırlar. Yalnızca açık rızanızla çalışır (KVKK md. 5/1). Reddederseniz site yine tam olarak çalışır; sadece seçimleriniz hatırlanmaz.
Analitik: Şu anda kullanılmıyor. İleride eklenirse yalnızca açık rızanızla çalışır.
Pazarlama ve harici medya: Şu anda kullanılmıyor. İleride reklam ölçümü (ör. Meta Pixel) ya da gömülü video (ör. YouTube) eklenirse yalnızca açık rızanızla yüklenir. İzin vermezseniz video yerine bir bilgi mesajı gösterilir.

5. Üçüncü taraflar ve bağlantılar

Sitede kullanılan yazı tipleri kendi sunucumuzdan sunulur. Sayfayı görüntülediğinizde Google Fonts dahil hiçbir üçüncü taraf sunucusuna istek gönderilmez. WhatsApp, Instagram ve telefon bağlantıları yalnızca siz tıkladığınızda ilgili uygulamayı veya platformu açar. Bu noktadan sonra o platformun (ör. Meta Platforms) kendi gizlilik ve çerez politikaları geçerlidir.

6. Tercihlerinizi yönetme ve geri çekme

Tercihlerinizi istediğiniz zaman sayfanın altındaki “Çerez Tercihleri” bağlantısından ya da yukarıdaki düğmeden değiştirebilirsiniz. Verdiğiniz izni geri çektiğinizde ilgili kayıtlar (lang, take, leader) tarayıcınızdan derhal silinir. Ayrıca tarayıcınızın ayarlarından site verilerini dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Tercihiniz 12 ay boyunca saklanır, bu süre sonunda size yeniden sorulur.

Cookie Policy

In short: our site currently sets no HTTP cookies. We only write a few small entries to your browser’s local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage). Apart from the strictly necessary one, they are saved only if you allow them. Fonts are served from our own server. No data is sent to Google or any other third party while you browse.

1. Scope and data controller

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies stored on your device when you visit insidedijital.com.tr (the “Site”). It is prepared under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Turkish Data Protection Authority’s Guide on Cookie Practices. The data controller is İnside Dijital. For details on how we process personal data, see our Privacy Notice (KVKK).

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. localStorage and sessionStorage are browser storage areas that can serve the same purpose. sessionStorage is cleared when you close the tab, while localStorage stays until you delete it. In this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

None of these entries are used to identify you, build a profile or show ads, and none are shared with third parties.

4. Categories and legal basis

Strictly necessary: required for the site to work and to record your choice. Processed under KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f). No consent needed and cannot be switched off.
Preferences: remembers choices such as language. Runs only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1)). If you reject it, the site still works fully; your choices just aren’t remembered.
Analytics: not currently in use. If added in the future, it will only run with your explicit consent.
Marketing & external media: not currently in use. If ad measurement (e.g. Meta Pixel) or embedded video (e.g. YouTube) is added, it will only load with your explicit consent. If you don’t allow it, a notice is shown instead of the video.

5. Third parties and links

Fonts on the Site are served from our own server. Viewing the site sends no requests to any third‑party server, including Google Fonts. WhatsApp, Instagram and phone links only open the relevant app or platform when you click them. From then on, that platform’s own privacy and cookie policies apply (e.g. Meta Platforms).

6. Managing and withdrawing consent

You can change your choices anytime via the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of each page or the button above. When you withdraw consent, the related entries (lang, take, leader) are deleted from your browser immediately. You can also clear site data in your browser settings at any time. Your choice is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again.
